Short-term Reservations 2025
​
Reservation signaling- 50% by bank transfer
(for confirmation of the reservation, please send the proof of payment to our e-mail: montedacalmaria@gmail.com).
Note: Until you send the proof of payment to our e-mail, the dates you want to book will be available to other guests.

Remaining payment - by bank transfer up to 5 days before check-in.
​
Reservations must be made no later then 5 days before the check-in day.
​
The indicated rates include the provision of bed sheets and bath towels.
​
We don´t serve meals.
​
Cancellation policy - 100% refund when canceled up to 30 days prior to check-in.
50% refund when canceled up to 14 days prior to check-in.
​
Possibility of cleaning service for minimum stays of 7 nights, on request up to 48 hours before check-in.

In order to enjoy your stay, we inform you about the house rules/conditions:
​
- Children are welcome! Adults responsible for children supervision and safety.
- Pets allowed (no additional costs), with prior autorization of the owner. Guests are responsible for possible damage caused and necessary cleaning. ATTENTION: GROUND NOT SEALED!
- Maximum guests overnight: Whole house: 8 / ground floor: 4
- Smoking allowed, except in the bedrooms.
- noise allowed, always respecting neighbors!
- Parties and events not allowed!
- Check in: Between 3pm and 8pm (please notify the owner of the expected time of arrival)/ Check Out: until 12am!
- At check-out, the dishes used should be washed.
- Deposit always the garbage on the trash of the house. On check-out, you should leave the trash bags in the street containers.
- Not allowed to throw any kind of objects in the toilets, only single-leaf toilet paper.
- Not allowed to make any kind of fire inside/outside the house (Exceptions: fireplace in main living room, in winter and barbecue)
- Not allowed to enter the fenced pool area in recovery.
- Not allowed to go up the wells.
- Minimum age of the person responsible for the reservation: 21 years.
- Adults responsible for any damage caused in the house. An extra charge may be apply for damages caused.
- During the check-in, all the non-portuguese guests included in the reservation (including children), must provide their identification document, for data communication to SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service).
